I studied and received my diploma in Sports Management and Fitness Training, along with additional studies in Holistic Health in Germany. I was born in Germany. With my expertise in fitness, holistic health, and Athletic Pilates, I’m dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals in a balanced and sustainable way.

As a Medical Fitness Coach & Holistic Health Consultant, I specialize in holistic wellness and injury rehabilitation. With years of experience, I focus on improving the physical well-being of my clients through customized training programs that emphasize asymmetrical movements and gravity-resistant exercises. My goal is to help individuals regain strength, mobility, and balance, whether they’re recovering from knee, spine, or shoulder injuries or looking to enhance their fitness journey.

I’m also the creator of Athletic Pilates, a unique combination of Pilates, yoga, fitness, and cardio, designed to tone the body and strengthen the mind. My approach is rooted in achieving balance—both physically and mentally—through sustainable lifestyle changes and tailored fitness programs.
